Center Manager

You will play a crucial role as a Clinic Operations Manager at Gynoveda. Your responsibilities will include engaging in consultative selling of high-value services/products, treatment plans, memberships, and programs. Additionally, you will ensure timely inventory backfill of medicines, upkeep of facilities, and compliance with SOP to achieve clinic operations excellence certification. Managing doctor schedules, handling customer escalations, tracking sales KPIs, executing root cause analysis, and improvement plans are also part of your role. It is crucial to maintain brand hygiene, dress code, grooming, and service standards. You should be comfortable with weekend work due to high customer flow on Saturdays and Sundays.
