Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Center Manager based in Hyderabad. The Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer service, and implementing fitness programs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining equipment, coordinating with vendors, handling administrative tasks, and promoting the gym to increase member engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience in customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
• Ability to implement and oversee fitness programs
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Proficiency in handling gym equipment and coordinating with vendors
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
• Prior experience in the fitness industry is preferred
