What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end center operations – mobilization, enrollment, training, and placements.
• Mentor and guide a dedicated team of mobilizers, counselors, and trainers.
• Build strong partnerships with schools, colleges, industries, and government bodies.
• Ensure quality training outcomes and enable impactful student placements.
• Promote a culture of ethics, accountability, and result-driven impact.

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 5+ years of experience in the skill development/education sector.
• Minimum 3 years in team leadership roles.
• Strong people and community engagement skills.
• Prior experience in donor-funded projects will be an advantage.
• A strong commitment to working with youth and underserved communities.
