Job Description

Role Summary

Drive revenue growth and student admissions for an assigned center by forging strategic tuition partnerships, conducting effective counseling, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly 

    revenue targets

     for the assigned center.
  • Establish and manage 

    tuition partnerships

     in the local geography to boost student enrollments.
  • Conduct 

    in-person/online counseling

     for students/parents on UG entrance exams (CUET, IPMAT, CLAT, etc.).
  • Develop localized strategies to enhance center visibility and student acquisition.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 2-8 years of experience in 

    education management

    , preferably in 

    UG entrance exam coaching

     (CUET, IPMAT, CLAT, etc.).
  • Proven track record in 

    revenue generation

     and 

    business development

    .
  • Strong counseling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Graduate degree required; MBA or education-related certifications are a plus.
