Guide and monitor the field sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and proper CRM usage. Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to optimize lead generation and conversions. Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, school tours, and community engagement initiatives. Qualifications and Skills Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Education Management, or Operations. MBA preferred but not mandatory if relevant experience is demonstrated.
