Center Head

UDAAAN Group is looking for an experienced and dynamic Centre Head to lead our educational and vocational training institution. The role requires a strong leader who can drive operational excellence, ensure high-quality service delivery, and manage the profit and loss (P&L) of the centre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the centre
• Oversee academic delivery, training quality, and student satisfaction
• Drive business growth and ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets
• Manage budgets, costs, and resources effectively
• Build, motivate, and guide a high-performing team
• Maintain relationships with students, parents/guardians, and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in similar role in education, training, or service industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in managing operations and P&L
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
