Udaaan is looking for a dynamic female professional who is articulate, confident, and great at handling people and communication, to join as an Executive Assistant to Director . Office location - Sector V (S hould be open to work from H.O. at Tollygunge) Key Responsibilities: Act as the executive assistant to the Director of the organisation Draft and manage professional business communication and emails Maintain strong client relationships and act as a liaison between clients Represent the organization in meetings, events, and external communications Support PR and promotional activities as required Requirements: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills Strong email writing and business communication capability Computer savvy with knowledge of modern workplace tools and apps Pleasant personality with strong PR and interpersonal skills Must be open to travel (within and outside West Bengal) Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage Office Locations: Sector V & Tollygunge If you have the flair to manage executive responsibilities while maintaining a public-facing role with charm and professionalism, we would love to hear from you!
