Center Head

As an experienced and dynamic Institute Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our educational institute's operations. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic plans in alignment with the institute's vision, ensuring efficient daily operations, leading and developing faculty and administrative staff, working on student recruitment and retention strategies, overseeing financial operations, maintaining stakeholder relationships, ensuring quality education and services, and managing facilities and infrastructure. You should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education Management, Business Administration, or a related field, along with proven management experience in the education sector. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, as well as excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities. Financial acumen, effective communication, and interpersonal skills are also key requirements, along with knowledge of educational regulations and accreditation standards. The ability to work collaboratively across departments, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously is important for success in this role. This is a full-time or part-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of total work experience and 1 year of management experience.
