Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Center Head located in Mumbai. The Center Head will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IVF center while ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. • Experience with operational management, budgeting, and compliance within healthcare settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and staff.
• Proficiency in implementing policies, protocols, and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Proven experience in patient care coordination and addressing client concerns effectively.
• Familiarity with Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) and IVF protocols is a plus.
• Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
