Center Head

• Daily Operations: Oversee all daily activities, ensuring smooth, efficient, and productive operations.
• Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff, delegating tasks and providing performance feedback.
• Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure the center operates within its financial constraints.
• Customer/Client Relations: Ensure customer satisfaction, address issues promptly, and build positive relationships with clients or tenants.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of strategic and operational plans to achieve center and organizational objectives.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure the center adheres to all relevant safety, health, and legal regulations.
• Facility Management: Handle facility maintenance, coordinate repairs, and ensure the center's physical resources are well-maintained.
• Reporting: Prepare reports and provide data analysis to higher management.
