Role Overview

We are looking for a Centre Head to lead our Salem Centre. The role involves managing Admissions, Outreach, Counselling, and Operations while driving enrolments, ensuring student satisfaction, and building strong community partnerships. You will mentor and lead your team to achieve business and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive admissions, revenue, and growth for the Centre

• Lead and mentor a team of ARMs, Counsellors, and Outreach Executives

• Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and community stakeholders

• Ensure excellent counselling and student-parent engagement

• Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and process efficiency

• Collaborate with Marketing, Academic, and Corporate teams

• Act as the primary escalation point for students and parents

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 4+ years of experience in Education Management, Business Development, or Centre Operations

• Proven track record of leading teams and achieving business goals

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• Fluency in English & Tamil preferred

• Passionate about education and student success
