Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Center Head located in Agra. The Center Head will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the preschool and daycare center, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of care and education. Duties include coordinating daily activities, communicating with parents, implementing center policies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Center Head will also be involved in staff training, curriculum planning, and fostering a positive and nurturing environment for children and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education, curriculum planning, and staff management
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Strong background in child safety and well-being practices
• Proficiency in using technology for administrative tasks and parent communication
• Ability to foster a positive and nurturing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred
• Relevant certifications in early childhood education and management
• Experience in managing preschool or daycare operations is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
