Cement Marketing Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team across all cities in Madhya Pradesh
• Develop and execute state-level sales strategies and targets
• Monitor city-wise performance and guide teams to improve market share
• Build and nurture relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners
• Ensure coordination between logistics, dispatch, and accounts for seamless operations
• Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to adjust business plans
• Handle high-value client accounts and corporate sales directly when needed
• Submit state-wise reports and performance metrics to senior management

Job Title 2: Cement Sales Executive – Multiple Cities

Locations:

• Chhattisgarh: Raipur, Bilaspur, Durg, Korba, Jagdalpur
• Madhya Pradesh: Jabalpur, Gwalior, Rewa, Satna, Ujjain
• Odisha: Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Rourkela, Sambalpur

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years (Cement or Construction Material preferred)

Qualification: Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred)
Salary: Commensurate with experience + Incentives
Travel: Local territory visits required
Language: Local language fluency preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop a strong network of dealers, distributors, and project-based clients in the assigned city
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and reporting metrics
• Ensure proper product positioning, market visibility, and client engagement
• Manage end-to-end sales process, including order coordination, delivery, and collections
• Visit the market regularly for client meetings, follow-ups, and competitor tracking
• Provide timely updates and reports to the regional/state head
• Participate in promotional activities and product launches locally

Common Requirements (All Roles):

• Experience in Cement/Building Materials/FMCG industry
• Strong field sales, communication, and negotiation skills
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid license
• Self-driven and capable of working independently in the assigned region
• Familiarity with rural and semi-urban markets is a plus
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
