Primary Title:
Talent Manager (Celebrity Manager)Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned celebrities—manage schedules, bookings, endorsements and day-to-day commercial relationships.
- Source, pitch and negotiate endorsement deals, sponsorships, brand collaborations and public appearances to maximise revenue and long-term value.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with brands, agencies, PR firms, production houses and media partners to create integrated opportunities.
- Coordinate logistics for events, shoots, tours and appearances—manage vendors, contracts, travel and on-ground execution to ensure flawless delivery.
- Lead reputation management and rapid-response PR efforts in coordination with communications counsel; protect talent brand and public positioning.
- Oversee commercial administration—review term sheets with legal partners, manage invoicing, royalty/payment schedules and performance milestones.

Essential Qualifications
- Proven track record managing high-profile talent or influencers with successful brand integrations.
- Demonstrated experience closing endorsement deals, sponsorship agreements and commercial partnerships.
- Strong commercial and legal awareness around contracts, IP rights and licensing terms; experience working with legal counsel.
- Experienced in coordinating live productions, shoots or tours and managing multi-stakeholder logistics.
- Willingness to work on-site in India with frequent travel to events and shoots.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in one or more major Indian languages preferred.
