Resolving RM queries (inward, outward, account Maintance related.) which lie under Back office NR que. Nr Retention Que handling. Calling to be done on retention part Skilled and empowered to make a good attempt towards retaining the customer Having complete understanding of account closure process. If not retained, should have a smooth and convenient process of account closure for the customers.
