Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chef de Partie/Demi Chef de Partie/Commis Chef (C1/C2/C3) to join our culinary team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role located in Mumbai. The role involves executing and preparing dishes according to standard recipes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, adhering to food safety standards, coordinating with kitchen staff, and ensuring a seamless flow of kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should exhibit creativity in food presentation, assist in menu development, and maintain attention to detail to meet our high standards of excellence.

Qualifications

Proven experience in kitchen roles such as CDP, DCDP, or Commis Chef, with proficiency in food preparation and cooking techniques.
Knowledge of American-European cuisine, food presentation skills, and creativity in plating dishes.
Ability to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, including maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills to support a collaborative kitchen environment.
Passion for culinary arts with a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving menus and methods.
Formal culinary training or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience is preferred but not mandatory.
