Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in Indian Cuisine, located in Pernem. The CDP will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes according to established recipes and standards. Day-to-day tasks include managing ingredient inventory, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and adhering to health and safety regulations. The CDP will also assist in menu development, train junior kitchen staff, and ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes meet or exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Skilled in Indian Cuisine, cooking techniques, and food safety
• Experience in kitchen management and inventory control in the Hotel Industry.
• Ability to train and supervise junior kitchen staff
• A keen eye for detail in food presentation and quality control
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Certification from a culinary school or relevant experience in a similar role
• Prior experience in hospitality or hotel kitchens is a must to apply for this position
