Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Coordinator located in Nariman Point, Mumbai. The Design Coordinator will be responsible for managing the design process, coordinating with the project team for communication, and managing submittals and timelines. Additionally, the Design Coordinator will monitor day-to-day project activities, including reviewing and interpreting architectural plans to ensure compliance with specifications and standards, and provide design recommendations to the team as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong design management skills with an understanding of architecture and project management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in managing submittals and timelines
• Proficient in ACAD, other tools.
• Experience interpreting architectural plans and specifications
• Ability to provide design recommendations and solutions to team members
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Experience working in the hospitality industry is a plus
