Role Overview:

The Design Coordinator will act as a key link between the design, production, and project execution teams, ensuring that all design deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and aligned with the client’s vision and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between the design, project, and production teams to ensure seamless flow of information and deliverables.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing design drawings, technical documents, and material specifications.
• Support the Design Head in monitoring project timelines, design progress, and submission schedules.
• Ensure all design changes are properly documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors for design-related updates, approvals, and clarifications.
• Conduct site visits to understand on-ground design implementation and coordinate any required modifications.
• Maintain organized records of design drawings, revisions, and approvals for smooth project tracking.
• Support the team in sample approvals, mock-ups, and final presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in design coordination, preferably in interior design or furniture manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, materials, and finishes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
