Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mylapore for a CCTV Monitoring Executive. The responsibilities include monitoring live CCTV feeds to ensure security, identifying and reporting unusual or suspicious activities, maintaining logs of incidents, and cooperating with security personnel or law enforcement when necessary. The executive will also perform regular checks on the CCTV systems to ensure they're functioning efficiently and report any issues promptly for resolution. Timely reporting and vigilance are key components of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating and monitoring CCTV systems
• Attention to detail, situational awareness, and the ability to identify and respond to security incidents
• Effective communication skills to report and escalate incidents appropriately
• Basic technical skills to perform routine system checks and report malfunctions
• Ability to work collaboratively with security teams and follow standard operating procedures
• Prior experience in security or surveillance roles is an advantage
• Familiarity with emergency protocols and incident management will be beneficial
