We are currently seeking a dedicated and vigilant CCTV Monitoring Security Team Member to join our team and contribute to the protection of our C-Stores.

Job Description:

As a CCTV Monitoring Security Team Member at Bolla, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of our C-Stores. You will be responsible for monitoring CCTV cameras using reputable applications such as Magic View and Hikvision Watch to identify and report any unusual activities or potential security threats. Your primary objective will be to prevent shortages in the store by detecting and responding to suspicious behavior promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CCTV Monitoring:

· Monitor multiple CCTV cameras simultaneously, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the store premises.

· Continuously observe live video feeds to identify any unusual activities, potential theft, vandalism, or security breaches.

2. Incident Detection:

· Recognize suspicious behavior, unauthorized access, or any other security-related incidents.

· Document all incidents and maintain accurate records.

3. Immediate Reporting:

· Quickly report any security concerns or incidents to the appropriate stakeholders, such as store management, law enforcement, or emergency services.

4. Collaboration:

· Collaborate closely with the store management team and other security personnel to address security issues promptly.

· Assist in investigations by providing video footage or other relevant information as required.

5. Maintain Equipment:

· Ensure the proper functioning of CCTV cameras and related equipment.

· Report any technical issues or malfunctions for timely repairs.

6. Compliance:

· Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies regarding security and privacy.

· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and video footage.

7. Emergency Response:

· Act quickly and appropriately in emergency situations, following established procedures.

· Assist with emergency evacuations or other security-related actions as needed.

Qualifications:

· Graduation in any stream is mandatory.

· 3-5 Years of experience in a Security role or CCTV monitoring role REQUIRED

· Must be Tech Savvy REQUIRED

· Familiarity with Office 365 Applications REQUIRED

· Previous experience in CCTV monitoring or security-related roles is REQUIRED.

· Familiarity with CCTV software and applications REQUIRED, such as Magic View and Hikvision Watch, is a plus.

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain alert during long shifts.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.

· Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures are a plus.

· Must pass a background check and maintain a clean criminal record.
