Job Description:

As a CCNA Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs on Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification. You will play a crucial role in equipping our students with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the networking field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery:
• Conduct CCNA training sessions for students, both in-person and online.
• Develop and deliver training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and study guides.
• Provide practical demonstrations and real-world examples to enhance learning.
• Curriculum Development:
• Design and update training curriculum to align with the latest CCNA certification requirements and industry trends.
• Create engaging and interactive training modules to facilitate effective learning.
• Student Support:
• Assist students with their queries and provide guidance on CCNA topics.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments, quizzes, and practical exams.
• Offer constructive feedback and support to help students improve their skills.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in networking technologies and CCNA certification changes.
• Continuously improve training materials and methods to ensure high-quality training delivery.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with other trainers and staff to enhance the overall training experience.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new training programs.

Qualifications:

• Certified Cisco Network Associate (CCNA) certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a CCNA trainer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse learners.
• Experience with online training platforms and tools is a plus.
