CCNA Trainer

JOB TITLE: CCNA TRAINER

LOCATION: Thane, Nerul & Dadar

JOB TYPE: Full Time

• We are seeking a passionate and experienced Trainer to join Nettech India’s network training team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering and managing training programs for the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) curriculum.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain CCNA training materials — curriculum, labs, and assessments.
• Deliver engaging classroom and online sessions covering networking theory and practicals.
• Conduct hands-on labs using Cisco routers, switches, and simulators (Packet Tracer, GNS3).
• Prepare students for CCNA certification with mock tests, reviews, and exam guidance.
• Track learner progress, assess performance, and provide regular feedback.
• Update course content as per the latest Cisco syllabus and industry standards.
• Mentor students individually and guide them on networking career paths.
• Support marketing and placement teams through workshops, demos, and webinars.
• Ensure lab readiness, equipment setup, and smooth training operations.
• Gather learner feedback and suggest improvements to content and delivery.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics or related discipline.

EXPERIENCE:

• Fresher or typically 1-3 years in training or networking operations/training

SKILLS:

• Technical expertise in networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, OSI model, VLANs, subnetting, routing & switching (OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, static routing), inter-VLAN routing, WAN technologies, NAT/ACLs, network security basics.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco routers/switches, lab configuration and simulators.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex networking concepts in clear, beginner-friendly manner.

SALARY RANGE : 20,000 - 40,000 per month.
