Role Overview: As part of Risk Management and Compliance at JPMorgan Chase, you play a crucial role in ensuring the firm's strength and resilience. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support for data analytics and reporting for Risk Decision Engines and Third-party services in Consumer & Community Banking - Understand systems, data, and business requirements to establish data quality and lineage controls - Monitor data, generate reports, and assist in post-implementation validations for changes in decision engines to ensure accuracy and support root cause analysis - Demonstrate initiative, leadership, influence, and matrixed management skills - Collaborate with stakeholders, work independently or in project teams, possess strong analytical and communication skills Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science - 8-10 years of experience in data analytics & reporting - Experience in team management and leading complex projects across various products and business lines - Strong leadership skills, ability to drive change, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders - Proficiency in database management, analytical tools (SAS, SQL, Python, PySpark), and Agile framework - Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, Unix, and BI/data visualization tools (Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, Alteryx) on Big Data ecosystem - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) is desirable - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint Additional Company Details: The ReEntry Program at JPMorgan Chase offers a 15-week fellowship with the potential for permanent employment.
