Job Description

As the PXT Investments Vice President within the Consumer and Community Banking PXT Investments team, you will engage in a wide range of core team disciplines, including value articulation through business cases and scorecards, prioritization, workforce planning, post-implementation reviews, and the delivery and tracking of efficiency programs. This role provides visibility into all Consumer and Community Banking Product Portfolios and involves close collaboration with Fice and Product organizations.

Job responsibilities

Direct a team of 5-10 professionals, ensuring effective execution across core disciplines and fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment.
Analyze technology investment return profiles to generate insights on quality and estimated value generation, supporting informed decision-making.
Identify and implement improvement opportunities by leveraging advanced tooling (e.g., Alteryx, ThoughtSpot) or enhancing processes to drive operational efficiency.
Oversee the tracking of key performance metrics and deliver regular performance reporting aligned with expense program objectives.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Bachelor s degree in fice or related field from top tier institute
5+ years experience in Fice function
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex issues
Possess a transformative mindset with strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of professionals
