About the Role: -

We are seeking a dynamic Categoey Marketing Manager/lead who will also act as a Project Management Office (PMO). This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who combines deep product understanding with operational excellence. You will lead go-to-market efforts, develop insights, coordinate category operations, and drive channel performance while keeping cross-functional teams aligned and accountable.

Key Responsibility Areas: -

Product & Market Intelligence

  • Develop deep understanding of customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends
  • Translate product features into compelling value propositions
  • Collaborate with product, analytics, and customer insights teams to inform roadmap and messaging

Launch Planning & Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Own end-to-end product Integrated marketing communication, launch planning, from positioning and messaging to execution and measurement
  • Coordinate with product, sales, operations, and marketing to ensure timely and successful launches
  • Track KPIs post-launch to drive optimization

Cross-functional Stakeholder Management

  • Act as PMO support for product/marketing projects, ensuring on-time delivery and status reporting
  • Lead regular syncs with internal teams (GTM, Marketing and Sales)
  • Create and manage project timelines, risk logs, and communication dashboards
  • Serve as single point of contact for cross-functional alignment

Creative Operations & Execution

  • Manage visibility and comms across all the touchpoints like amazon, offline, social media etc.
  • Manage the creative operations for a large-scale creative dissemination and changeover

Sales & Channel Partner Enablement

  • Develop go-to-market support plans for online/offline sales channels
  • Provide tools, training, and data-driven insights to field sales and channel teams
  • Monitor channel performance and drive adoption of marketing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Category Marketing, or Brand Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of project management, product storytelling, and marketing communications across digital and offline channels.
  • Experience in managing Integrated Marketing Communications & Budgets for a category.
  • Strong analytical skills and data fluency; experience in performance tracking and forecasting
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills for internal and external audiences
