Job Title: Mobile IT Store Manager/Category Manager

The Mobile IT Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the mobile and IT product categories in the store . This role involves strategic planning, category performance management, inventory control, vendor relationships, pricing strategy, and team leadership to maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement category strategies for mobile phones, accessories, and IT products (laptops, tablets, wearables, etc.).

Analyze category performance metrics, market trends, and customer preferences to optimize product mix and pricing.

Plan promotional campaigns and seasonal offers in collaboration with marketing teams.

Manage product lifecycle from introduction to discontinuation.

Supervise daily operations of the mobile and IT section within the store.

Ensure the store layout and merchandising align with brand standards and maximize sales opportunities.

Monitor stock levels, reorder points, and ensure optimal inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstock.

Drive sales targets and ensure category profitability through effective pricing and promotion strategies.

Train and motivate sales staff to deliver superior customer service and product knowledge.

Ensure a high-quality in-store experience through product availability, knowledgeable staff, and engaging displays.

Monitor competitors offerings, pricing, and promotions.

Identify market gaps and emerging product opportunities.
