About the role:

At Urban Company, a Category Manager role is to maximize sales and profitability in their respective categories by working one or more work streams such as quality, supply, growth and innovation. The role is dynamic and requires a combination of analytical, strategic, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and grow their product category within the organization. We are looking for folks with a high degree of ownership, bias-for-action, passion and ability to go above and beyond.

● Strong SQL and data analysis/insights skill

● Go-getter attitude and ability to be hands-on

● Strong ability to communicate and work collaboratively with others. Experience of managing teams/people would be a plus.
