Job Description

Job Title:

Manager Sell (Planning)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead
weekly/monthly demand planning
and support
annual business planning
(AOP).
Analyze category performance metrics and identify gaps; own the roadmap to address them.
Design and execute high-impact
growth strategies
.
Own and manage
category P&L
, ensuring revenue and margin targets are met.
Coordinate with internal teams (buying, marketing, analytics) to align on priorities.
Stay updated on market and competitor trends to refine growth plans.

Key Skills Required:

Demand forecasting and planning
P&L ownership and business acumen
Strong data analytics and problem-solving capabilities
Stakeholder management and negotiation
Strategic thinking and category development
Experience in e-commerce or retail (preferred)

Preferred Profile:

4–8 years of experience in planning, category management, or strategy roles
MBA/PGDM preferred (or equivalent industry experience)
