The person joining our leadership team in this role must share our passion and commitment to serving our customers. The ideal candidate should have experience in building and managing brand relationships. An understanding of product planning cycles and online selling is preferred. We are looking for someone who is flexible, action- and results-oriented, self-driven, and has strong analytical skills. A proven track record in ownership, execution, and decision-making in fast-paced environments is a must. The right candidate will be entrepreneurial and confident in making data-driven decisions.
Strong planning and forecasting skills, along with the ability to drive an online business, are essential.
The candidate must also be an effective communicator, capable of working closely with some of the most important brand partners, VCs as well as internal stakeholders.
