We’re looking for a Category Growth & Marketing Strategy professional to design and drive growth plans for all categories. This role will blend strategic thinking, marketing creativity, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver business impact.
Build annual category growth plans, breaking them into quarterly & monthly execution roadmaps.
Understand consumers for each category and generate insights to acquire new users & grow segments.
Develop and execute marketing strategies in collaboration with e-commerce & marketing teams.
Own the user journey—onsite & offsite—working closely with site and creative teams.
Identify category drivers, create consumer-first plans, and champion deep category understanding.
Launch 360° campaigns for key brands, including import & global store brands.
Translate trends, brand priorities, and business intelligence into actionable plans.
A first-principles thinker with a creative problem-solving mindset.
Strong business acumen and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Proven project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Excellent communication & influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
Self-starter who spots opportunities for growth & category development.
Relationship builder who thrives in collaborative environments.
Brand building experience in FMCG or e-commerce.
Exposure to commercial planning or site merchandising.
5–8 years of experience in marketing, category growth, or strategy roles.
