Role Overview: As an End-to-end Buyer for the Small Home Appliances Category (Private Label), your main responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Researching, analyzing, and forecasting current and future markets and products, focusing on the target market and demographics - Managing top line and bottom line margins effectively - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with wholesalers and suppliers - Ensuring adherence to the Open to Buy (OTB) and allocation plan - Overseeing and managing current inventory levels - Negotiating contracts with wholesalers and suppliers to optimize pricing and inventory - Assessing the financial risks involved in purchases - Staying updated on new products and trends by attending trade shows, product exhibitions, and conferences - Establishing an efficient system for monitoring all open purchase orders - Assisting the supply chain manager in maintaining appropriate inventory levels of materials used regularly Qualification Required: - A minimum of 4-8 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity - A full-time B.Tech/MBA from a reputable College/University - Experience in dealing with Private Label products - Preferably a background in the Retail Industry (Note: No additional details of the company are provided in the job description),
