Cashier

Position: Cashier Location: Palladium Mall, Ahmedabad Reports to: Store Manager   Job Responsibilities   Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, provide product info, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive experience. Welcoming customers, taking orders accurately by using POS system. Guide customers in choosing right mocktails by highlighting popular and seasonal options according to the customer choice.   Order Processing: Accurately input orders, handle special requests, and relay them to kitchen staff. processing payments via cash, card or online   Cash Handling: Accept various payment types, provide correct change, balance the cash drawer, and issue receipts. Handling money, bagging food, ensuring order accuracy, maintaining a clean workspace, and resolving customer issues, all while providing friendly, efficient service in a bustling, fast-paced environment.    Order Fulfilment: Assemble orders into bags or boxes, ensuring completeness and accuracy before delivery.   Maintenance: Keep the counter, register area, and dining spaces clean and organized.   Promotions: Suggest menu items or special offers to increase sales.   Support: Assist kitchen staff or other team members as needed.    Essential Skills & Qualifications: Communication & interpersonal skills are required. Basic math & strong attention to detail. Ability to operate POS systems if not then training will be provided. Ability to work in a fast-paced, potentially noisy environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude.  Must be able to stand for extended periods and handle high-pressure service hours during festival or a season.
