Job Description

Job Title: Cashier

Location: Trichy

We are a fast-growing pastry & bakery shop dedicated to offering fresh, high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a friendly and responsible Cashier to join our team and be the first point of contact for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist with billing.
Operate POS/billing software accurately.
Handle cash, UPI, card payments, and provide proper receipts.
Maintain cleanliness at the counter area.
Manage customer queries with a polite and positive attitude.
Coordinate with kitchen/staff for order preparation.
Ensure accurate cash tally at end of shift.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Honest, punctual, and well-presented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum qualification: B.Sc or any related stream.
