s.Monitor and escalate unresolved or high-risk issues related to stock or cash discrepancie
s.Serve as a go-to resource for junior team members by providing guidance and resolving querie
s.Proactively manage workload and seek support for complex situations when neede
d.Handle client and stakeholder queries with clarity, professionalism, and timelines
s.Take ownership of special tasks or projects and deliver results within agreed deadline
s.Maintain strict adherence to all internal procedures, controls, and risk framework
