What will you drive?

Call customers who dropped off from the PDI booking flow.
Understand and resolve their concerns or technical issues.
Guide them through the booking process.
Ensure maximum conversion from leads to successful bookings.
Maintain daily call logs and report conversion metrics.

Who are we looking for?

A dynamic individual with 08 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
Someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong ability to build trust and rapport over calls.
A proactive problem-solver who can quickly understand customer needs and offer effective, solution-oriented responses.
An individual who is comfortable managing payment-related discussions and can ensure a smooth, transparent, and satisfactory customer journey.
Someone with a target-driven mindset , capable of working in a fast-paced environment and consistently achieving daily and monthly conversion goals.
A team player with a positive attitude, resilience, and a customer-first approach.
