Key Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Understand each student’s academic background, aspirations, and goals to offer tailored UG/PG program recommendations. 2. Manage the full admissions journey—from initial inquiry to final enrollment—ensuring a seamless, empathetic, and efficient process. 3. Proactively follow up with prospective students to resolve questions, offer clarity, and drive enrollment decisions. 4. Partner with internal teams to improve counseling approaches based on real-time data and student behavior. 5 . Stay updated on global education trends, emerging fields, and in-demand career paths to provide accurate and future-relevant advice. Qualifications & Requirements: 1. 0–3 years of experience in selling UG/PG courses. 2. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 3. Ability to build trust and engage meaningfully with students. 4 . Problem-solving mindset with a focus on achieving results.
