Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Career Counselor located in Bhubaneswar. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing career counseling and guidance to students and professionals, helping them identify career goals, develop career plans, and manage career changes. Daily tasks include assessing client needs, conducting individual and group counseling sessions, maintaining detailed records, and staying updated on labor market trends and educational opportunities. The role involves collaboration with educational institutions and employers to facilitate career development programs.

• Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management skills
• Student Counseling skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Experience in educational or vocational guidance is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field
