Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor located in Udaipur. The Career Counselor will provide career counseling, career development, and career management services to students. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, helping students develop career plans, providing guidance on job search strategies, and offering support with resume writing and interview preparation.

Qualifications

• Career Counseling and Student Counseling skills
• Experience in Career Development and Career Management
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or related field
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
