Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Career Counselor. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing personalized career guidance to students over video and audio calls. Daily tasks will include assessing students' needs, advising on suitable courses, assisting with university applications, and facilitating career development plans. The role requires strong communication skills and a passion for helping individuals achieve their educational and professional goals.

Qualifications

• Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management skills
• Student Counseling skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or related field
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
