We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Career Counsellor to join our admissions team at CGC University. The Career Counselor plays a crucial role in recruiting and enrolling prospective students who align with the college's mission and values. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of higher education, and the ability to guide students through the admissions process.
Attend college/university fairs, high school visits, and recruitment events to attract and inform potential applicant
Review applications and evaluate candidates based on academic credentials, extracurricular activities, and personal achievements.
Conduct informational sessions and campus tours to showcase the Universitys facilities and academic programs
Collaborate with faculty and staff to promote the university and attract a diverse student population.
Prepare reports and analysis on recruitment activities, applicant trends, and enrollment projections.
Contribute to the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns aimed at prospective students.
Bachelors Degree.
Preferred, proven experience in admissions, recruitment, or student counseling in a higher education set up.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
