The initial contract is for 12 months and extendable upto a year based on performance and business needs. This is a contractual full-time role. Locations: Bathinda SBS Nagar Patiala Key Responsibilities: Conduct workshops for students to create awareness about career opportunities. Administer assessments to help students understand their career goals and strengths. Educate students on career planning after 10th grade, including professional and skill-based pathways. Provide personalized guidance to students based on their interests and aspirations. Handle career helpline operations to address queries and provide on-demand guidance. Maintain accurate student records and adhere to privacy standards. Skills Required: Proficiency in counseling and group facilitation. Prior teaching or classroom management experience. Teachers training experience (preferred). Strong communication skills in both English and Punjabi. Ability to handle diverse student groups and provide engaging learning experiences.
