Role Overview

Career & Behavioural Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

Provide
individual and group counselling sessions
to address students’ academic, emotional, social, and behavioural needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leadership to create
student development plans
and support behavioural improvements.
Conduct workshops and awareness sessions on
mental health, stress management, interpersonal skills, and emotional resilience.
Maintain and update a comprehensive
knowledgebase of universities, programs, entrance exams, and scholarship opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Postgraduate degree
in Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, Counselling, or Education.
6+ years of proven experience
in counselling, preferably in reputed K–12 schools or educational institutions.
Deep understanding of
career guidance systems, behavioural models, and student development frameworks.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
