Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Engage with candidates (students and working professionals) through calls, emails, and counseling sessions to understand their academic background, career aspirations, and interests.
Provide personalized guidance by assessing candidates skills, strengths, and goals, and recommending suitable courses, universities, or career pathways.
Educate candidates on program offerings, fee structures, curriculum details, and potential career outcomes to help them make informed decisions.
Act as a trusted advisor, offering mentorship and support throughout the candidates decision-making and enrollment journey.
Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, candidate profiles, and follow-ups in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
Achieve monthly and quarterly goals related to counseling effectiveness, enrollments, and student satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelors/ Masters degree in any discipline.
0-2 years of experience in career counseling, academic advising, or student support.
Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
