Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver compelling purpose-based assessments and reports
• Co-create content for blogs, brochures, onboarding tools, and social media
• Collaborate with counselors, designers, and Gen AI to shape product journeys
• Ideate campaigns aligned with the mission of personal transformation
• Engage with clients for onboarding and feedback collection

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Candidate with a strong interest in psychology, self-discovery, and content
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Creative, empathetic, and analytically sharp
• Proficient with Canva, MS Office, and social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn)
