Qualifications Proficiency in Career Counseling and expertise in Career Development Strong Communication and Coaching skills Experience in conducting Training and development sessions Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Career Counseling, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field Familiarity with industry trends and labor market insights is a plus
