Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Career Counseling Specialist. The Specialist will work closely with prospective students and working professionals to understand their career aspirations, provide customized counseling, and recommend suitable academic programs. Responsibilities include conducting career development sessions, offering training and coaching on program selection, and building strong relationships to facilitate enrollment. The role also involves helping individuals assess their strengths and career goals, ensuring tailored guidance throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Career Counseling and Career Development techniques
• Strong Communication and Coaching skills
• Experience in conducting Training sessions
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to understand and align individual career goals with program offerings
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Experience working in education, counseling, or a similar role
