Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role located in the Greater Kolkata Area for a Career Counseling Specialist. The Career Counseling Specialist will be responsible for providing career development guidance and creating career plans for individuals. The role involves conducting one-on-one career counseling sessions on a phone call delivering training workshops, and coaching clients on their career paths. Effective communication and collaboration with other team members play a crucial part in this role.

Qualifications

• Career Counseling and Career Development skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Proficiency in Training and Coaching
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Experience with career assessment tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or related field
