Role Description

We're on the hunt for confident communicators with a flair for sales. As a Career Advisor / Sales Associate, you’ll work closely with job seekers in the U.S. market (IT & Non-IT), helping them navigate the job hunt with our exclusive resume, marketing, and interview support services.

You’ll not only pitch, you’ll advise, build trust, and close deals that impact real careers.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with candidates across the U.S. actively looking for jobs (via calls, LinkedIn, email, etc.)

Pitch our value-driven services: resume optimization, job marketing, and interview prep

Nurture leads and build a high-quality pipeline of potential clients

Follow up with interested leads to convert and onboard them

Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and closures

Report performance and progress regularly to team leads

What You Bring?

Excellent English communication — spoken and written

1–2 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or BPO (confident freshers welcome)

Ability to work the U.S. shift comfortably

Solid persuasion, listening, and rapport-building skills

Basic LinkedIn and email outreach experience is a plus

Hunger to learn, grow, and outperform
