Key Responsibilities:

RDS Lifecycle Management:

  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process for new/replacement RDS, ensuring timely access to the Care Portal (SCP & ASD).
  • Maintain and update the RDS Master list and communicate with Flex & Care teams.
  • Conduct feedback surveys for RDS & OT Care and ensure timely follow-ups.

Operational & Compliance Coordination:

  • Prepare and update FP Leniency Policy data.
  • Maintain and update the Replacement Matrix in SCP & Acumen, ensuring configuration accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with logistics and finance processes, collaborating with respective teams.
  • Oversee pre-validation of DOA/DAP reviews in coordination with the Flex team.

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Manage SP DA/DS weekly file preparation and discussions.
  • Handle SP exception file updates and maintenance in ASD.
  • Upload and monitor weekly FP & SP files in the ASD portal.
  • Update and upload Acumen & settlement files for reconciliation.
  • Track and report on FP Acumen bypasses & conversions.

Communication & Team Coordination:

  • Provide defectives & Acumen-related updates during morning team calls.
  • Prepare and present QBR PPT & KPI reports for review.
  • Generate and track Novus TAT reports for process efficiency.
  • Handle FE deviation cases and debit processes with Flex.
  • Draft and send FP audit mails (intimation/rejection) to RDS.
  • Distribute process communication updates to RDS, if required.

Process Improvement & Readiness:

  • Ensure NPI readiness and compliance within ASD.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in operations, compliance, or data management roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and database management.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of compliance policies and process improvement methodologies is a plus.
